Brought a bathroom 1/1/24 a lovely lady called carol helped us sort our items out. She was due to finish but she stayed on to help us get what we needed. She was fantastic and very friendly.

Staff friendly and helpful, good selection of decorating materials.Customer toilets.. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. On a par with a rock festival ?. Both urinals with leaks and buckets underneath. A rusty heater on the wall. Both taps leaking. Frankly an embarrassment for what is a huge store.

Time 1541 and the 1st January 2024I have just visited your store found it to be the worse service I ever had service staff have no idea what items are and are basically rude when they talk to you if they don?t want to help customers who bring money to the store why there working there ???I asked for help with one item and I was speechless by the way the b@q responded. I hope I?ve brought the right item and not have to return and also not even a thank you at the till.I think I go back to over shopsAnd you think why these places close down

Great diy superstore. Excellent parking spaces and well organised inside with overhead labels. Bought wood can be cut to size as required. Has large garden store and excellent location in industrial area.

B&Q in MK is your one-stop shop for all things home and garden projects. They offer a vast array of supplies, making it a go-to destination for DIY enthusiasts.Recently, we purchased some paint for a DIY project, and it's worth mentioning that they have the option for custom paint, which is a fantastic feature. The convenience of ample parking is a big plus, ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience. However, where B&Q could improve is in the area of customer service. It would be great to see more engagement and assistance from the staff, especially when customers need guidance or solutions to their problems. A little extra training in this regard would go a long way in enhancing the overall shopping experience.Overall, B&Q MK remains a valuable resource for all your home and garden needs, with just a bit of room for improvement in the customer service department.

Hidden behind a row of shops. If you find the area with next home in, Go outdoor is on your right, continue to the bottom of that road, turn left at the small roundabout and it's on the right .It's tucked away, but don't be fooled, it's very big.Parking is free for 3 hours.Plenty of parking spaces available.Outdoor section and garden stuff available. This b and q seems to have large sections of everything, and the bathroom section has alot of items on display. There's a work wear section too which is quite impressive with alot of variation for clothes.Till service was average and could do with some improvements, but apart from that this store is one of the biggest b and q's I've visited.Open until 8pm every day except Sunday, when it closes at 4pm.

They should add a more professional hand tool range and put useless screwfix and tool station out of business as they never have anything in stock and don't appreciate people like to pick up and visualise a product in their hands before buying.

We needed cuttings for wall panelling and were a bit uncertain but thanks to the wonderful help from Barry, we were able to make the decision as to which MDF board to go for and worked out how many for us.The metaphorical cherry on top was the labelling of each cut outs, where Barry went above and beyond, definitely appreciate the details.Barry was very helpful, pleasant and informative throughout and will certainly be returning for more cuts for our diy projects.

Bedford B&Q didn't have the paint we wanted, so we went to the Milton keynes branch, never been there before. WOW! Absolutely humongous!! Enormous car park too. Clean tidy, loaded shelves, loads of staff, for a change. We have been to many B&Q's over the years, but this one is by far the best. The garden centre is huge and the plants are ALIVE for a change!! Beautiful healthy plants, full of colour. Lloyd, who was on the bedroom furniture department, was incredibly knowledgeable and so helpful. We managed to purchase everything we needed (and more!) I absolutely hate self-service tills but Shania(?) on the manned checkout was there to serve us, she was lovely. Thank you. All in all, it was a great shopping experience.
