Staff were friendly and welcoming.When we went round to the loading bay, we were told that some of the wood that we oreder at the front desk doesn't actually exist, so that was a bit confusing. We also left missing a few bits of wood, so that was also disappointing.We're going to try this place again as the cost of the wood is very good compared to other retailers.

1st order of treated timber failed to get treated and delivered ....waited a week to be told there was a further delay of 3 days....2nd order, delivered wrong timber, damaged, untreated.Customer service is a joke.... the 'Manager' unavailable, no call backs, delivery promises broken ......

Used this branch for the first time today. All staff were super friendly. Brice on the desk was awesome. Very helpful. The warehouse was the tidiest and most organized warehouse I've seen. Great experience. Would recommend to others

Absolutely blown away by the service we received.. this is NOT your typical Bigbox DIY store.Knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and helpful staff throughout.I encountered a major issue which led to me double paying VAT on my purchase, but one phone call and all resolved cheerfully and feeling like I wasn't a bother at all.. A company's reputation has to be based on how they deal with you when something goes wrong.. with these guys you just can't ask for more!!!Very impressed and know where I'll be going in future!
