Unreliable & Dishonest Seller, Item not as described as expiry soon when items arrived and also damaged and badly dented.Poor communication, seller don't respond to messages and have to file dispute to get money back, after 2 weeks seller respond to Paypal for me to return the items for full refund but I have to pay for the postage and items weight 11.1 kgs. I am returning the items back out of my pocket for full refund. Will not recommend seller to anyone. Very poor service! Will not buy from this seller again after this experience.

Ordered 12 Mango Habanero Wing sauces, only received six bottles along with 6 bottles of a different flavour that I did not order. Spoke to someone on the phone and he said you do not stock the Asian Zing so I must be lying about the six bottles. All I wanted to do was send back the 6 and get 6 of the correct flavour. He instead has given me a 15% discount code for my next purchase. Will 50% of my next order be wrong anyway? sent a photo of the incorrect bottles along with my invoice and still I am not believed.

MK11HW is the wrong postcode. Drove all the way from Beds and just couldn?t find it. Drove around for ages and even asked people who worked in the other warehouses and no one knew about this place. They?ve just lost someone who could have become a loyal customer

1 star, Wel I purchased on 8 December some cats claw... I paid extra £10 for faster delivery 3 to 5 days. Wel 15 days later I received a reply from an email I sent 14 days later. The email said that I have to go and get the parcel myself. Best part is I have to use my psychic powers cause they didn't sent the location of my purchased items. Would have to see if the situation changes for me to change this rating but so far it's bad beyond belief.
