Tried to drop off my parcel here at DHL point 4 times. The first 3 attempts failed because "There is nobody here who can help you with the request". The 4th was not successful because they do not provide any packaging which I have been informed by some rude person with an attitude like they making me a favour.The customer treatment here is just awful.
