how many weeks...does it take l.c pc to fix 3 street lights in bell lane.residents have telephoned and sent e.mail weeks later still no lights???yet the men are fixing lights less than hundred yards away why not fix all of them?as we are told not listed as repairs..how shoddy that is. scrap lc p c
