Cristian was very helpful from start to finish. He kept me informed of any issues and worked hard to resolve them. He even stayed late to sort out my tax and make sure I had everything I needed before driving off in my new car ?

A recent enquiry for the cost of a full service and MOT test for my 10-year old Mondeo Titanium X TDCi 163 car showed a good competitive quotation, which I chose. Although it passed its MOT test, the usefully priced comments and advisories indicated that I?d need to spend a considerable amount of money to keep it roadworthy during the next 12 months. This was most helpful in persuading me to replace the car with a new one, which also had the benefit of avoiding ULEZ charges.

Rebecca was incredibly helpful right from the beginning. I called her Saturday morning asking about a new car and by the Monday midday, I had a new car arranged on finance. Great part exchange deal too! No question was too silly to ask and Rebecca was so accommodating. I even asked at the end when I received my new keys about where I could leave a review for Rebecca because the customer service was stellar, 5 star experience, easy process and everything explained. I was looking for a compact SUV and went to Evans Halshaw to look at a Ford Puma. Elliot Gallon was friendly and professional as he organised a test drive for me, answering each of my questions with a smile. Choosing a new car was emotional for me as I lost my husband last year, cars were a great interest of his. Elliot was very considerate and empathetic, helping me each step of the way with great kindness. I was very grateful and I?m very happy with my purchase.

I went to Evan Halshaw?s not really knowing what to expect or if they?d be able to help me.Elliot Gallon was quick and efficient in establishing what sort of car was not only suitable for me but affordable aswell, this man really went above and beyond and 3 days later I collected my new car. Couldn?t recommend this company enough, they really do have their customers best interests at heart. Had a terrible terrible experience with them. I gave them my car for the diagnostic as I was experiencing some problems in the gear shifting.At the time of leaving my car, the car tank was half full (I am 110% percent sure about it as I travel 146 miles on a daily basis to my workplace, so I always keep a very close eye on the mileage and fuel). However, when I received my car back, I noticed that the tank was 3/4th full. I thought maybe during the testing, the service guy might have put some fuel in it.And from here, the problem started.As soon as I reached home, the car stopped and despite trying multiple times, the car did not start again. So, I called RAC and after scanning the car computer, the RAC guy told me that fuel pressure control valve might become faulty as this was the message/code that he saw on his scanning tool. So, he took the car to RAC approved garage (as he came during the evening and FORD service dealer was already closed). After two days (as there was a weekend in between), the mechanic at the local garage told me that someone has put petrol in my car and the fuel has been contaminated.As I knew that I did not put the fuel in my car and it was someone at Ford service garage that have put the fuel in it, I immediately called them and you know the next thing, they said to me that 'We do not put fuel in customer car'.Maybe there policy would be as they say but without investigating (maybe it could be by mistake), they said bluntly that they are not responsible for the fuel contamination and it must be I who has contaminated the fuel. Such a pathetic and bizarre attitude from these guys.On the top of that they told me that they would not check my car without an appointment and they would charge me for this. I mean are these people live in fool's paradise that I would bring my car to them again even though what they have done to my car!In the end, I had to replace fuel filter and control valve and might need to change fuel pump in future due to their gross negligence, incompetence and poor service.Stay away from them!!

I came in unsure on what I was looking for, and once I had found a car I wanted, I was able to purchase it with just one further visit a couple of days later. Dealt with Sanj in new car sales and he was AMAZING!! I love my new shiny car & he made everything so easy. I originally went with my friend for her to sign her documents and didn?t think anything about getting a brand new car. I was looking around and Sanj gave me his card. Didn?t try to pressure me, wasn?t pushy at all in the slightest (I?ve been looking for a car for a while & EVERY other garage was calling me constantly). GO AND SEE THIS GUY ?

We bought a 2020 Ford Fiesta from Evans Halshaw, within 5 days of having the car the engine started cutting out every time the car was driven and warning lights came up on the dashboard. We informed the sales team we wanted to return the car and be issued a refund. They have been slow and difficult to get answers from and left us without a car to drive and no refund to sort our own replacement car. They have dragged their heels and been difficult to get straight answers from. It is nearly 2 weeks ago we started the return process and we still don't know when the car will be collected or when a refund will be issued. As you can imagine with both me and my partner working and children to get to and from school this has been a major inconvenience. We have had to phone 2-3 times every time we needed to talk to someone in order to get any sort of vague update. Promises of returned phone calls or getting the car collected and things progressed so we can have a refund have not been kept. The sales process was fine but everything since has left us very frustrated and has been an extremely stressful experience to go through.

Excellent Service from the sales team! Purchased a Golf a couple of months ago and I am still loving it! The sales team were very friendly and willing to help me through the whole process. They were quick to respond to my initial enquiry and sent me multiple videos before having a video call to go through the required documents. They were also more than happy to arrange the vehicle to be delivered to me around 200 miles away.When the vehicle was delivered, there were a few 'niggly' bits of attention needed which can be expected when purchasing used vehicle that had done 50k miles.They were very apologetic and did not hesitate to authorise my local garage to carry out the work. I appreciate all of your help, Thank you!
