Well stocked shop, clean but staff are not very friendly especially if you have come to collect a parcel. Also had my private details hand written in a book which isn't great for security. They need some improvement.

Dont waste your time going to this shop with parcels , useless and lazy , dont give them any business save time and go to Tesco down the road ?

bossman wasn?t too happy and was muttering away in punjabi when i dropped off an evri parcel apparently it?s my fault because i didn?t stick the label on when the machine said don?t stick the label on. it?s also my fault for not knowing the floor plan of his entire shop when i tried to find the hidden evri machine in the first place it was like looking for Henry VIII in my back garden. and also the gaff next door was on fire too so probably was a sign before i even entered to not bother. next time i?ll just give my business to a different uncle.

Came into the shop to drop off a parcel and he was just rude talking in his own language thinking I didn?t understand what he was saying. Asked personal questions too for god know what reason. I?d avoid this place at all cost extremely rude and disrespectful

Will not accept parcel returns (evri) despite having a label pre printed. There is no indication on website that it?s not possible. The website allows you to book a return. When you arrive with your parcel, the shop assistant will refuse to take your parcel. This has happened to me twice. Either offer the service at your shop or don?t.

This shop is listed as an Evri drop off point however they do not accept boxes as they are ?too large?, no restrictions are mentioned on Evri so I believe this shop is just being difficult.
