I came on the 16th of Feb to have my hair trimmed, my roots dyed, and highlights and paid £237 and I?m not happy at all. When my hair was cut, the hair hasn?t been cut in a straight line and isn?t level, and instead of it looking like I?ve had highlights, it almost looks as if the entirety of my hair has been dyed. Is there a way I could contact you to send pictures and possibly get a refund, thanks.

Caylyn cut my hair today and did an amazing job. She has incredible attention to detail and really listened to what I wanted. 100% would recommend.

I love coming here to get my hair dyed and cut . It?s so welcoming and pricing is reasonable for the treatments they give . Staff are so lovely and I?m actually going on Monday and look forward to it . Not to mention the offer drinks too while your treatment is being done . ?

I'm not one to complain but I was not happy with the my visit to your salon, I was left sitting for 20minutes while my hair stylist went off to deal with a customer that came in to complain about her hair, I almost got up to leave, unfortunately I'm not happy with my hair cut either, when I got home and had a good look at my hair I was really unhappy as it has been cut shorter than I asked for at sides, also for £70.00 I would of expected to be asked if I would like any products in my hair, such as serum or heat resistant spray, Ava was a polite and friendly lady but just didn't listen to what I asked for. I will not be going back there again and would like a refund please as it was a Christmas present from my Son, yours sincerely Liane Fryer

Shanie and the team at Rush always do a great job. They are welcoming as well as giving good customer care. I've been pleased with all my haircuts there through a variety of styles.

Had a haircut with Mel today. She was super friendly and really personable and has done a great job cutting my hair. I was really in need of some ideas on what to do and she has smashed it! So happy with my new hair style and will definitely be coming back when needed. All topped off with a lovely lady greeting me by name upon arrival who was on reception, offering tea and coffee and various options all with a lovely biscuit, little touches that made it a lovely experience. Thanks again.

I didn?t even get my hair coloured, I went into the salon (on a weekend and it was empty which is surprising for a salon) to ask about a service, the woman at the front wasn?t really sure what I was asking for so another girl came over, she was very rude in her approach and said that they don?t do the service I was after, she didn?t even offer an alternative service. It made me feel very uncomfortable and dismissed, thankfully I have found another salon that has listened to what I wanted and found a service they can offer.

I came back to rush after a few years away. As my regular stylist left. My hair was half way down my back a blank canvas so to speak. After the first visit I wasn't % 100 happy with the cut as there was no real style to it so when I came back for a second visit I told this to the stylist and we agreed on a layered Bob. Anyway it did look better than the previous cut but she scrunched the hair which if I had red hair would have made me look like the mad hatter. And the amount of product she put in it made it really greasy. After I washed that out I've also found that the cut is uneven and is shorter on one side and still has no real style to it.It was really hard to strick up a conversation with her and each time I tried I got a yes or a grunt so I eventually just gave up trying.I have now had to go to a different salon to get my hair sorted out which isn't something I would have had to do normally with the last stylist. So needless to say I wasn't happy

What a shambles. On Friday, I booked appointment online for 10:30 on Saturday. Someone called me 5 min later and asked if it was ok to do it at 11:00 what I agreed with. On Saturday I was there for 11 and I was told by the hairdresser that sorry but I don't know to do short hair and there's anyone else here to do it for you.I had a wedding to go 3 hours later. They shouldn't accept any bookings online if they cannot cope with the client requests. It's the 2nd time I have a bad experience in this hairdresser. That's sure I won't go back even though they offered a free treatment for next visit.

They are good for regular hair cuts but anything beyond is unlikely. I have wavy to curly hair and while the cut is just ok, the stylist had no clue how to dry is with a diffuser. When I voiced it, she mentioned it's because she had combed my hair to cut it and maybe that's why it isn't getting the waves or curls it should. It doesn't work like that, you've got to put a curl cream in soaking wet hair, take off the excess water and then diffuse it. Had to do after coming back home. £60 was half wasted.. disappointed

I recommend Maria. I have been a client before in London and have followed her to Marlow and now High Wycombe. I'm happy with the cut and the highlights. She is professional and gives helpful advice. She is very confident after many years of experience. She is very clean. She is always smiling and very patient. She makes me happy all the time.
