This has to be my go to pharmacy. They never let me down when it comes to items hard to find. I went to 5 other chemists who informed me the item was out of stock. Just want to say thank you for going out of your way to find the item and for opening late night.

I had a UTI and I needed urgent antibiotics. The pharmacist assessed my symptoms and prescribed antibiotics. The staff were lovely and the pharmacist was very knowledgeable. The best thing is they are open late night and they have a customer car park. I just want to say thank you for being open.

Hi I've been using this pharmacy for the last 2 years I find the staff very friendly and they where open all over the Xmas and New year period I would like to congratulate the owner MR Cam for his commitment and hard work. Thank you for your service.

I have used this pharmacy for over 2 years and never had any problems with the staff that worked there. Always helpful / kind but tonight I met the pharmacy manager and how rudely he spoke to me is unbelievable and in front of other customers and my son!!Once he left a staff member actually apologised and i was really upset and CONFUSED as it was really not necessary.After my experience I really don?t think I could ever step in there again. Massive shame as I am local and the staff have always be kind.So it?s a 1 star from me :(Edit in response to owners reply - a simple ?could you please move your car? would have worked very well. The fact you feel you was not rude is very very concerning.The fact YOUR staff apologised for your behaviour says it all! You were rude as you said your self ?honesty is key?!

Deserves 0 stars if there was the option.Grubby premises with an open walk through to a barbershop also called Q2, next door. The barber shop looks cleaner and more hygienic than the chemist with filthy floors that have never seen a hoover or a broom, shelves in a similar state, though it seems since my last review they might have removed the black lumps of cobwebs that were hanging off the ceiling and edge of the top shelf in places.. and even the desk has clumps of dirty grey dust in corners behind the computer screen etc... one of the doors has been broken and out of order since at least the 5th of December when there was already a note on it saying so already, the glass of those doors are dirty full of people handprints etc ..(germ paradise). The place with its lack of hygiene is, to me, unfit to be a chemist. The staff (I'm old fashioned and expect chemists to wear white coats and not their street gear, more professional for one, but professionalism doesn't seem like a priority in that place) are unhelpful, bordering on rude and disinterested. I have just been to collect a Fostair Inhaler. Never had one of those before. 'Chemist' stuck their label on the box which clearly says ' chemist to demonstrate.... so they know they should, right? they didn't.I get home, open the box and sealed bag and find the weirdest looking inhaler with no clue how to use it. I ring the 'pharmacy' back hoping they can run me through how to use it over the phone. Again, rude attitude from who I assume is the 'head chemist', all the others look like kids off the street. He is rude and said he was on the phone when I was there and if I had waited he would have shown me. It says on their label they put on the box that they should demonstrate so they know, they have to show the patient how to use this. The box with the label on is then put in a paper bag closed with another sticky label so unless you open this whilst in the shop, you don't see the label on the medicine says that the chemist should show you how to use this particular inhaler. The young guy who served me didn't tell me to wait for the bloke who 'was on the phone' (by the time I left he no longer was on the phone, he had the call on speaker phone while i was waiting to be served so I heard the conversation and the Irish woman at the other end of the line said to him they would call him back as soon as possible, so as well as unpleasant, they are also liars and take customers for idiots). SO I am then told that if I go back to the shop now they will show me how to use this inhaler. Although it is walkable normally, with my bad asthma and living in a hilly area, at the moment I would have to drive again at my cost, for these unprofessional allegedly qualified chemists to show patients how to use medication as stated on their own labels!!!A totally useless 'chemist shop' . If I ever need any prescriptions again in the future, i will ask the doctor to send it to another chemist, a proper one, not one that doubles up as a barbershop with a scrapyard at the back where they say people should park. Horrid all the way. This place is worth ZERO stars!!Thank you Youtube for having a video showing how to use this inhaler. 5 stars to Youtube.

Overpriced and rob you for money!!! Was charged £40 for two items when they are usually under £20 for both.

They charged £25 for a prescription!. How is this possible? Very rude and poor service too. Avoid? Go to Asda instead!

Astonishing service, they are second to none. Coming from Ealing London & Richmond, no chemist has ever come close to the service these guys provide under the supervision of such a caring & efficient manager. Definitely the best in high wycombe, possibly England. Thank-you guy's! For all your help.Andy.

Impossible to get hold off. Call them no answer, email them no reply, message them of facebook they had seem no reply, message them on chat no reply. Poor quality service AVOID AVOID AVOID

The owner of the pharmacy is rude and obnoxious guy with no brain and arrogant for no reason. He shouldn't be working in a pharmacy or near people. They guy has no manners and iletrate.
