Sent a special birthday card to my mum in New Zealand on 18th April......plenty of time for her to receive on her Birthday on the 17th May.....here we are 12 June and still not received.....was this ever posted ? never had an issue before.....only reason I used this post office was because my usual was temporarily closed......never again will I use this post office..Gutted my Mum didn't receive her card!!!!

Online says it is open at 10 am Sat, get there and it is closed. Don't use this place, great service at Loudwater, just go there instead.

well, if you enjoy standing with your letter, while a lady sits chatting on her phone and then raises her finger at you when you say you are in a hurry, then this is the Post Office for you.

getting your vehicle taxed through a V62 at this Post Office never materialises and i never receive my V5. This is the 3rd time that this has happened at this Post Office. The vehicle gets taxed on the system but the V62 along with the £25 application fee which is generated via Post office chq never seems to make its way to DVLA...Something fishy going on here!He is rude and is an Absolute Bell End!

Customer service, from the gentleman in particular, in this store is shocking. I've posted quite a few things and the service wasn't very nice every single time. Picking and choosing who he wants to serve and when. Just rude. I now print my own labels at home and use the parcel post box near Dreams purely because I don't want to go in their store.It socks me that even after so many reviews like mine nothing has changed

Avoid this post office at all costs, Asian woman serving fine, no problem, the Asian Male, starts calling me to do something, which ends up with him throwing my parcel to the floor, as I put it on the fridge, then I want to use another post office, he is refusing to give it back, I say ok of you deprive me of the item ( I haven't paid), , it's theft and I'm calling the police, so eventually gives it back, very arrogant, service, shame he disgraced the shop, as the female, is very nice,

I have been using this post over for over 20 years but today.... the rudeness of the little man trying to scan my parcel, he was getting agitated telling me to make my screen brighter, saying it?s a new phone. It was as bright as could be and not new... infact, the exact same phone he?s scanned all the other times.There was a que so I had to keep queuing up again for him to be rude and say no.Their customer service skill in there are shocking and a massive shame.I?ll be using loudwater from now on

The owner of the shop is extremely rude. I can?t even stress how horrible and rude he was to me when I was just trying to post a package and pay some money in. I will never step foot in there again to buy anything or use his services and I have told my friends and family to also not buy anything from his shop. Many other shops in Flackwell are more deserving of our custom and I would happily drive out of my way to not have to experience his utter rudeness again. One star is too many but it wouldn?t allow me to give none!

Terrible, rude service. Official opening times on post office website say open until 9pm but they say in store no posting after 6pm. We arrived at 5:50 but her refused to serve us. Owner was very rude and didn't apologise. Got very angry when I politely asked why. Won't go again. So much for supporting local businesses!

Tried to post a large letter which they wouldn't even bother to see if it would fit through the gab. I said to the man that i always post letters this size so could you see if it will fit? He shouted at me and told me to leave and never come back again. , so i wont, SO RUDE wow.
