This is my favourite branch of Grape Tree, staff has been always very helpful, especially Ben, who is very attentive and knowledgeable. Sundried pesticide-free mangoes are my favourite! ?

I went into the High Wycombe Store to see if they had a product, on my way to Holland & Barratt. The girl stood who was behind the till, ignored me and when asked if they stocked what I wanted, before I could finish the question and without even looking or attempting to suggest an alternative, abruptly said 'No, we don't!' Appalling customer experience meaning that I shall not be returning to this particular store. They obviously do not need customers.
