This is a fraud and scam. They contracted me for an iPhone 15 Pro Max and sent me an iPhone 11. When I refused to receive it, they asked me to return it and assured to provide me the iphone 15 pro max on next day, but the same mobile was sent on next day again, I was charged twice and the mobile was not sent. Wasted my time, i have paid separate return courier charges as well, and now they are not even receiving my calls after asking my name. So this is tottaly and completely fraud. I have all the evidence.

Brought a ?Brand New? phone for my daughter Christmas present for Christmas. When we opened the the phone we found it to be faulty. We tried to return for a replacement within 30 days but they said it?s a manufacturer fault and I need to take it up with them.Wouldn?t recommend buying from this company as they are selling refurbished phone.

Black Friday Sales from Fonehouse.co.uk.I ordered a contract which appeared to be a great deal, with 50% cashback through retention deals.After a week of waiting, Fonehouse emailed "You have failed our security check, but your credit check was successful. However, since our security check failed, we have to cancel your order".They didn't explain what was checked.I've never failed any contract with any other company; no criminal record, credit rating all the time 'Excellent' across all credit reference companies.I believe that they are oversubscribed and invented the nonsensical "security check" to avoid honouring their deal.This is dishonest for a company who boasts "Here at Fonehouse we?ve been providing our customers with exceptional service and an unbeatable shopping experience for over twenty years".It would have been better had they said that they cannot fulfill the order, being out of stock instead of blatantly lying.Caveat Emptor

3 weeks after ordering next day delivery I'm phoneless and they've stopped responding to my emails. Can't even get through on phone to cancel order. They advertise phones they don't actually have, take your info, and run credit checks that are meaningless. Avoid at all costs!

As a person who had previously had two upgrades with the same company I expected to be treated a little better. I changed my mind on a third upgrade and the rudeness and delays began. Apparently it takes over 24 hours for an agent to get back to you at ANY time. People do work. It only takes a minute to buy a phone! Then a returns package SHOULD be posted within 4 to 5 working days. Its over two weeks.The experience has left me angry and upset. But at no point have they contacted me. While once they knniw you've thought about a new handset they'll bombarding you everyday with a call.

Stay away from this company at all costs.Several weeks ago, one of their sales reps sold me a contract SIM for Three and said that if I was not satisfied with the service, that I could cancel my contract free of charge within two weeks. I couldn't get more than 2-3 bars of service anywhere in London so I called back to cancel within my allotted two week time-frame. When I spoke with Three, they said the ''point of purchase'' was some local Fonehouse store up in Glasgow. They had no idea how to help because the local store denied selling the SIM so it took another couple of days to track down the actual location that sold the product.After cancelling with the head office, I was told by a rep called James that they were waiting on Three to acknowledge the cancellation request, except it had been over a week now and nothing had happened. I told a customer service rep that Three had texted me warning that services would be cut. They told me that no services would be cancelled while this was under due process, and advised me to ignore the text and that they would call Three themselves to sort this out and call me back. None of this has transpired.Over the weekend, my data, texting, and outbound calling have all been cancelled and I have had to cancel a meeting because I was unable to check my email on the go.By far the most incompetent company I've dealt with in London so far. Don't purchase anything from them unless you want a weeks-worth of headaches.
