**AVOID RICH the ROGUE salesman**Purchased a £600 laptop for our 12 year old daughter. We were served by Rich, myself my husband and our 12 year old daughter spoke to Rich about getting her a laptop for school but also needed protection for any mishaps. Rich assured us that the Care and Repair cover at £175.50 would give us peace of mind for 3 years. He said and I quote ?anything that happens to the laptop whilst it?s in her possession just bring it in and we will sort it. Happy with what Rich told us we purchased the cover and again we asked him this will give us full protection for the laptop because it will get knocked about in her rucksack. He replied ?yes?.After sometime we noticed there was a crack on the top screen of the laptop. Took it into Curry?s to which I was told the ?Care and Repair? doesn?t cover the screen because it?s classed as accidental damage. To my shock we were mis sold a policy called ?Care and Repair? by Rich which doesn?t cover mishaps such as this. Rich fully knowing that a 12 year would be using this laptop and accidents may happen, we were sold a product on false presence's.I have sent an email to the CEO for a resolution which I?m waiting for a reply. I would strongly suggest not buying anything from Curry?s that involves purchasing additional cover. I get the sense that this behaviour of mis selling ?add ons? to hit their KPI?s is acceptable so that they can get their commission. I now wish i had bought the laptop from John Lewis as this would have never of happed. Once again if you have to spend a little more buy from a reputable company that doesn?t have sales people with targets who will mis sell to get their commission like curry?s.

Big store but only person operating the tills, actually selling products and processing returns.Other staff mending the floor where nothing happens. Crazy!

Went in with a clear idea of what we wanted from a TV. Just wanted to look at them in person before purchasing as it?s a big spend. Found the one we wanted and we?re ready to buy. Saw 3 staff standing around chatting. I went up to one and asked if someone could help us. He said he would try and get someone in a way that suggested he wouldn?t be able to! 5-7 mins later and this chap is back chatting with his colleagues so I ask a passing employee if he could help. He acts pained and says they?re all really busy? I point to the staff standing about and chatting. He shrugs and says he?ll try. Another 7 or so minutes. The kids are getting impatient, so I go up to another staff member, this one holding a clipboard and who had been standing around chatting with the first guy I spoke to. I explained that we just wanted to buy and asked if he could finally help us. He explained that his colleagues hadn?t told him that we wanted help and that he was the person who allocated staff to customers. By this point I?d already looked up what we wanted online and was ready to go home and buy it. The chap with the slip board suddenly whips up a server who comes to talk to us. Then began the slowest sale of a product I?ve ever come across. He took over 30mins to process a transaction! All in all an incredibly painful experience which I would avoid at all costs!

I can honestly say that currys is absolutely disgusting for customer service there quick enough to sell you something but apart from that I would never buy anything from here again so I advise people to be well aware even with delivery's is a problem because there staff don't want to do there jobs if it takes abit of effort they say its health and safety how many times they use that line so they don't have to deliver

James provided fantastic customer service when it came to resolving a problem with a speaker purchased online - really impressed! He was quick to provide a solution and actioned it swiftly meaning I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes. Exceptional experience and greatly appreaciated.

Never any staff to help. Someone?s always on ?break?. Simple tasks have you waiting in line for 30+ mins.

A great curry?s store,has everything you need.On some of the items,the prices don?t match so it takes you a while to configure out which price matches each item,we knew this when we didn?t believe one of the prices.The lift is also super cool too,you just stand on this thing and it takes you up you can see the roof of the lift from the very bottom!However it opens very far outwards to you?re right so be careful because I was very shocked about that!

We went to currys high Wycombe to purchase a smart tv just like to say Damon the lad that has worked for the company for 3 weeks was very pleasant and helpful in helping us choose the right one for our needs .A colleague ( didn't take his name ) also added some technical advice 10 out 10 for the customer service and patience for two old codgers

Horrible service from Hajrah, after placing order and waiting more than 10days returned to store collect but they claimed form was not submitted meaning another wait time since the order was placed wouldn?t order from them as they are unreliable and inconvenient
