It is quite obvious, your store is failing to provide service, stock and more importantly a bit of etiquette and customer service... its not rocket science... I had the same experience... staff was rude... and I don't blame them... management.. they work hard... probably small pay...

Great service from Sarah in Customer Service, she was so efficient and always smiley even under pressure. A great example of what customer service should be.

Look, if you're going to challenge 25 people, you do NOT have to be condescending about it and make comments on their appearance. Just like you wouldn't want to be told how old you look I don't want to be told how I look underage while buying a week's worth of groceries with my husband. You saying he's a predator? I've struggled with getting treated like a child my whole life because I apparently "look young" I don't get taken seriously among other adults and whenever I finally think I might look like an adult these unnecessary comments ruin it. Two separate staff members here have challenge 25'd me, and I'm not dissing the law & understand the need to show ID for alcohol, I'm mad about the unnecessary comments from one and the rude condescending attitude from another who because she assumed I was underage treated me as such. I'm 26 and want to be spoken to as if I'm an adult whether you think I "look" it or not. Going to start bringing my US passport so when you start treating me like a child I can show you I'm a fully grown adult who got married and moved countries, maybe then the rudeness will stop

Poor store management. Big store but no choice. Constant lack of pork meet as well. Lack of cheese. Low quality vegetables.

This is a email that I sent to the CEO of Asda that went unanswered and I felt that I should now make it public as the experience I had in this store just before Christmas was completely unacceptable and to not have any sort of response from there head office is a joke just shows how much they value their customers.Hi RogerThe reason for my email today is that on Saturday 23 December at your high Wycombe branch I had come to do my Christmas shopping with my sister and one of your members of staff put out sexual innuendos towards my sister not realising that I was there shopping with her I find this completely inappropriate and unacceptable when all we had come to do was do are shopping like anyone else?s. On the day that this occurred I did talk with the duty manager and I wasn?t given any reassurance that this was going to be dealt with can you please find out what happened with this member of staff and let me know. This would be much appreciated as now my sister doesn?t feel as she can attend your store until she knows the outcome of this matterPlease feel free to contact me on the details below

It's just minging.Ignorant customers (clearly not all of them, but certainly more than your average shop)Queues are horrendous....all the time.Good range of products, but always out of stock (especially fruit and veg)For the couple of pounds difference between Asda and Tesco, it has to be Tesco. This place is just awful.

Very rude staff, the black lady on the pharmacy counter and especially the tall white lady with short black hair and pink sometimes blue.... 'happy to help' it says on their uniform... I don't think so

Impossible to pay by credit card, we tried to pay with four different cards and it ended up blocking them all. And not helpful customer service

How can you get 3 substitute items out of 15 when ordering online... I have been buying online for a couple of years now and this is getting worse over time, a recurrent issue with online orders, there are always loads of items out of stock. I don´t even want to get started on the items they choose as substitues for my original choices...Very disappointing...

I came in store to collect an online order. Two staff on the customer service desk directed me to a wall to scan my QR code. I did not feel confident that it worked and the screen returned to the original page. I waited around 5 minutes while surrounding staff looked on. Another 2 customers came to do the same scan and eventually our orders came. I just think with many staff around, there should be an option of them helping rather than relying on a screen keeping us waiting.
