Excellent service, could not have been more helpful. Tried my faulty part in a new assy to check it was the right piece. Also previously at closing time ensured I had the right bits to enable me to do a repair and turn the water back on. First class service.

Thankyou to the member of staff that served me well with the right cables and connectors for my satelitte box, worked perfectly, and Tony the manager who looked if i had left my connectors in store by mistake, and even offered me a replacement in goodwill gesture, luckily i found them, great team and the cut keys well too.

I shop here regularly for all sorts of bits and pieces for my nearby farm. Despite being a very popular shop the people who work here always have time to help. I can honestly say that this Screwfix is a credit to Aylesbury and it is an absolute pleasure to shop here!

Ordered online and notified that order ready within 3 minutes! Store staff super friendly and extremely helpful. Product was very heavy so Tony helped me to vehicle with it & loaded it up. Highly recommend.

Visited the Aylesbury branch today and I've got to give a shout out to the lovely gentleman that served me. The shower I wanted was out of stock but offered me 2 alternatives. He offered to get both products so could view them before I bought them. The gentleman was friendly and helpful and I hope he gets the praise he deserves for representing the company as well as he does. He is a credit to you. Would recommend.

Great store. Unfortunately no chance of ever going now, the traffic light system on that side of town is horrendous, takes 25 minutes to get to it from Aston Clinton. 1 hour round trip.
