Our registered mail marked for Kenya has been sent to Japan, tracking history shows our mail is in Kawasaki, Higashi! I've tried calling the Royal Mail, even tried calling Aylesbury Post office (HP20 1SH) from where it was sent with no much succeess. What do we do? Will we ever get it?

0 if i could. Could possibly be the most slow, tedious, unclear, unhelpful service I've ever seen. It feels like post office has franchised like a Maccas to private owners. Ridicolous.

Always slow, not enough staff and when they are on they just chat most of the time. There is always one person watching over the self service machine rather than serving people who are waiting already. Whole point of self service is it doesn?t need to be manned.

Horrible services, very bad, unprofessionalOnly 1 person working on the till everday, big queues and just 1 person working.Ypu should close this post office is Horrible.

Ridiculous and very poor service - 12 people in the queue and only one person at the till. If only the turnover was quick but it takes too long to serve even 1 customer. Last person will easily stay 1 hour waiting. They need a proper management system in this location.

One of the worst counter serviced Post Office, ever! 1/10 is too good for the place. I was in a queue for more than 40 minutes, after trying to unsuccessfully use the automated service. A woman wearing a WHSmith shirt, pulled someone behind me out of queue only to send them back to the queue as what they wanted to post could only be done at the counter. Then she told the man in front of me that he should wait to be called to the counter. When he got there, she sent him away! The man before that could be seen complaining as she acted so rudely towards him asking him all sorts of stupid questions and not answering any of his responses. Then she thought she would send me back to the machines as she claimed she had no stamps, argued with me about what I had clearly told her was paper and card in an envelope I had wanted to send 1st Class Signed 4 Delivery at £5.35. According to her and her male colleague, who had been laughing and joking with her about customers, while the queue built up, the least postage that they had ever heard about was £6.35 and £7.90! They were both aggressive, rude, nonchalant and quite poor adverts for the failing Post Office! This Post Office in particular, needs closing down for good as staff do not have a clue of the purpose of it being there!

Wait times are terrible. Never enough staff

It?s a real shame this post office is so rubbish because it?s the closest one to me. Honestly, I avoid going here like the plague.Queues always 30min plus, staff are unhelpful (I had to shout excuse me three times before the staff member stood by self service even looked up) and it?s so hot and stuffy in there it?s ridiculous. On a previous visit the only staff member serving got up and walked off, leaving over 10 people queuing. I?d honestly rather walk to a further post office.

Absolutely horrific manager. Long queues, no staff and was verbally abused by the manager. Came out of there shaken and upset, so formal complaint is being sent in. Avoid at all costs..

As others have said, the staffing level is terrible, apparently still the case after years. Max. 2 people on a very busy Saturday lunchtime. Also no one should take abuse, but today (11/11/23) one member of staff took offence unnecessarily when the postage she did for a customer was incorrect. The customer was frustrated, but not rude from what we heard. The staff member unnecessarily stopped serving her and held the rest of us up.\\n\\nPoint is the terrible staffing frustrates customers and staff alike, in a vicious cycle. PO management need to sort this out.

I am sick of the attitudes of certain staff members in the Aylesbury high st post office.Unfortunately I have had cause to put in complaints to post office customer services about a few of their staff, but one in particular is incredibly rude and needs retraining.Just to add to what I've stated, the latest complaint that I put in, the complaints team that handled my complaint, agreed with me and compensated me due to his attitude and general wallyness.

Possibly the slowest moving post office I've ever been to. Even little post offices are faster. Not only are they very understaffed, they are just extremely slow moving. Unbelievable. They are so lucky they don't have competition with a lot of things or they would be out of business.

Huge queues, very slow service, very few staff. Only two self service tills, and they kept needing staff to attend to the self service machines which needed one of the few staff to finish serving and come out.
February 2023 by Fahad Khan
The staff members were rude and failed to provide a good customer service as well as staff member over charging and not where no name badges

Very long and slow service and always seems to be multiple tills closed with only one person serving.
