Beds were comfy and the room did have everything we needed. The only complaints I have about the whole stay was that there are literally 5 parking spaces to service more than 80 rooms. Furthermore the whole place is staff-less and angles themself as some kind of non-contact hero despite covid being years ago.

Wish I’d read the reviews before booking. Pictures looked great but reality very different. I thought I’d booked a room with a view - the description said high ceilings and Victorian features and we were actually in the basement with bars on the windows no light and no features - we looked at parked cars and a wall.... read full comment

Cleanliness good, location excellent and car parking good. The rest of my comments are very disappointing. I have responded as requested to various feedback emails throughout our stay. I asked and paid for a king suite and received a standard suite. No mention prior to arrival was given although I know your small print... read full comment
