Lovely little store. Ideal to pop in and get items. Never seems to have many people queuing and is really quick

W H Smith at the Mall at Cribbs Causeway is in a prominent position next to the entrance to John Lewis. The shop has an extensive range of magazines for sale as well as a good selection of stationery and books.

Have tried to call them on 4 separate times today and they did not pick up. The phone rang though so it must be working but nobody was there. I used the number on the website and nothing.

I'm surprised to be writing a glowing review of W H Smith but the young lady who helped me on Saturday morning was excellent. She tried everything she could to help me, she never made it feel like a pain and went the extra mile.

There is plenty of choice for newspapers, magazines and stationery. However everything is crammed into a small store. Staff have an indifferent attitude.

I only go to W H Smiths when I'm desperate. Maybe good for a bit of stationery now and then; but generally full of a poor selection of stuff that nobody wants. I've even found it difficult to find a decent Christmas card there.

Too many tatty bits in your face. Need a to look fresh and more organised. More staff need to work on till. Took longer to pay than select purchases.

The store is ok but you cant find things easy. As for online the store is non existant their phones are unplugged and general customer service is impossible to call because they are only open during the average persons work day, when you order into store they dont give you any way of finding out when it will be there. I dont like to give bad reviews but i thought people should know this before trying to order into store.

Average, not bad, didnt stand out apart from being one of the more accessible stores in a wheelchair due to wider aisles so gets a 4 for that reaaon.

Smiths is going further and further downhill, no doubt due to competition on all sides of its business. Not their fault but it means their stores are now cramed with cheap eye-catching tat for a quick sale crowding out the quality products

You don't have time to look at anything as the aisles between shelves are too narrow so you have to keep moving. Generally I don't stay long for that reason. Too cramped.
