My husband took our Motorhome to Westerleigh car Center for an mot! When he returned back to our house I could not believe when I stepped inside there were dirty oily foot prints all over the cab carpet!! I was fuming as this vehicle is our pride & joy & we keep it in pristine condition.I rang Westerleigh car Center & yes they apologised but didn?t seem that bothered this had happened! At the very least they should of sent someone to our house to clean the carpet but no nothing & I?ve heard nothing from them since, I will not be returning.Service: Transmission

I would give 0 stars if I could, rude and racist staff who don't care about customers, they charged me £160 for things I didn't even want to do and the problems I went there to get sorted have not been fixed, I would avoid this garage by any means.

I had my first visit to Westerleigh car centre this week and I have to say I was very impressed with the service I received. My car was in for a service and cam chain change along with various other faults. They advised that the cam chain didn't need doing which saved me a fortune (for now).They rang me at every decision needed and took the time to explain what they were doing. They gave me every confidence in their service to me.Would highly recommend and I will definitely be returning in the future for all my car needs. Thank you

Avoid!Car recently fail mot test.Take it to Nissan did all the test and there was nothing wrong with the car,passed mot test without issue.Spend unnecessary money for tests to find problem that was never there.I suppose they create problem that don't exist to make moneyof people!!!!!Why dont you upload paperwork saying there is NOTHING WRONG WOTH THE CAR????SHOULD UPLOADTED PAPERWORK I PROVIDE TO YOU,EMAIL ME SO YOU CAN UPLOAD YOUR USLESS WORKService: Exhaust

Great customer service.Booked in for clutch replacement on our automatic car.Identified other issues with the actuators and extra costs. Genuine cost saving options were presented by WCC.Works continued and no fault of Westerleigh Car Centre, the third party supplier had issues with the repairs. This was exacerbated over the Christmas period. The result was the repair was delayed, all whilst our car was stuck on the ramps.Collected car and discounts passed on from third party supplier due to their issues.It was very easy to deal with WCC and they provided timely updates and a first class repair.Thanks all to your patience and commitment to value based advice.Thank you to the WCC team ??Services: Transmission repair

Garage failed to find the problem for my car, charge me £85 for a diagnose, and reset the computer , even I did not ask for it. Also they advice that probably in need to change the computer for £350. I did not want to come back to this garage after told them that my error it's p2279 air leak. And in their diagnose p2279 shows unknown error. After a few days Citroen service told me different thing and ask me £500. I decided after reading online to have a look and check all the cables .....I found the problem a disconnected hose. I went back to Westerleigh garage for explanation and refund, manager was rude after showing to him that garage was wrong. He invoked language barrier( I don't understand what his saying ) and s I'm not welcomed anymore to his garage. Please note that Citroen refund me in full for the wrong pdiagnose .
