I've been buying my tiles from Topps Tiles on Malago Road for nearly 10yrs. The staff in the shop are always super helpful and whenever I've ordered online they keep you informed of the progress every step of the way.I always feel they go over and above, even loading the tiles into the back of my car for me. The service is so good that I don't even look at any other tile suppliers anymore. Thanks for providing a great service, it's so rare these days it should really be acknowledged!

My daughter had a small path outside her newly purchased Victorian terraced house that needed tiling. We went to Topps Tiles and Dan was very helpful in assisting re choice, effect and sizing. He was so helpful! We chose a tiler who had been recommended ?. Paul ? Ceramics Cube ?. And after a visit from him to discuss the job he completed the path beautifully! Thanks to Paul?s expert skills the frontage to my daughters house is vastly improved. Paul is indeed an expert tiler and we are very grateful for the excellent standard of work! Thank you so much!

The staff were very helpful and gave us everything we needed to make a decision. Then...we changed our mind and were a bit embarrassed to say we wanted the other colour, even though the tiles had already been delivered to the warehouse. Topps Tiles were really good about it and sorted everything. They even called five minutes before the delivery arrived to say it was on its way.

I can't recommend Topps Tiles highly enough. Despite arriving half an hour before closing on a Sunday (due to necessity I hasten to add, not choice!), Sharon at the Bedminster Topps Superstore was an absolute star and a joy to talk to. Sharon figured out the amount of floor border tiles I needed and placed the order whilst I browsed for bathroom wall tiles. I never felt rushed, and honestly, Sharon couldn't have been more helpful. She followed up with calls to advise me of the expected delivery time, and happily added an extra corner tile when I realised I needed one ? absolutely stellar service. I'll be back soon!

We ordered wall tiles for our kitchen then changed our mind the next day. The staff at Topps Tiles were really good about it. Said it was no problem. If we wanted to come by and order different tiles, they were happy to offset the cost. We returned and ordered different tiles that day. Really happy with the new tiles we received.We also ordered a large amount of tiles for our bathroom refit. They made sure that they came from one batch and they arrived in store when they said they would. Couldn't be happier. Well done team!

Went in to get some backing sheets for mosaic tiles this morning , 2 really helpful and pleasant members of staff , they really tried to help and not just sell me something and get me out of the shop , thumbs up to you ?

I came here to find a specific colour of tile, a man with short hair and glasses came up and had no intentions of helping me, I informed him I would sign up if I needed to (as it?s the COVID period and needed a trade account), but only if they had this specific tile, the man didn?t even look at the tile colour and stated they wouldn?t have that type of tile and that I should look somewhere else. Great service.... very lazy.
