we came by 11 for this advertised build your easter chick ad, but apparently ?terms and availibility? applied too fast and after finding the easter eggs in the store my kids got got stickers instead. bought some lego minifigures to make up for easter chicks

They have a good range, it's rare I don't find what I'm looking for. The shop itself is kept well, clean,tidy etc. What sets it apart is the staff, always happy to chat and offer guidance, very friendly and welcoming. A pleasure to shop here.

I would specifically like to thank Jacob who was so mint helping me find a specific mini figure and saved me sooooo much time as it would of taken me ages on my own to do so. Really friendly and helpful!! All the staff here seemed really friendly which I know is so hard when there are thousands of people in the shop.

Always quality experience shopping at the LEGO store in Bristol! As a regular customer, the staff are always friendly and helpful with product advice or general questions. They?re also super interested in your thoughts on Lego products and what you?re going to be purchasing next.While the store is somewhat crowded during busy times, it?s a perfect family friendly environment for people of all ages!

The staff were friendly and helpful, within seconds of walking through the door a chap was ready to help, we were browsing for Christmas so didn?t use him but it was a very friendly greeting. We left with some models which were priced similarly to other shops and got to play with some Lego at the same time! I built a house, 39 years old and I?ve still got it ?
