Stoped in wile doing some early Christmas shopping today, and was overly welcomed and treated with the level of customer service we received. 10/10 for being knowledgeable and friendly, all really appreciated and helped us spend much more then we wanted. The manger, Artie, was really polite and helpful with signing up to the discount offer also. Will travel back for that level of customer service for sure. Great little shop. P.S the coffee beans in between scents was a godsend!

It says on the internet that the store closes at 6pm on Mondays, but unfortunately, that?s not true. I came at 5:30 and the store was already shut. Very disappointing?

I had terrible experience when I went this Bristol outlet.I went the shop on 1st April 2023 and ask the sales representative to our needs and the lady she sat inside the shop and didn?t want to come out from the shop first. And not interested to give suggestion or not even interested to sell any product. The lady she went inside the shop after giving the first perfume trial. I felt like she is kind of rude person and racist. At last we step out from the shop. But when we went the Weston outlet and the staffs behaviour to the customer is fantastic. They realy help to purchase 3 products from the weston outlet. That?s the only reason we chosen Bristol outlet. But As a TFS member I felt very ashamed about this outlet.

I wanted to collect my order and according to Google it should have opened at 9am. As I arrived there punctually, a sales person stood there saying that we are waiting for the shop manager who has the key. At 9.40 there was still no sign or information as of when the person shall be arriving. I had to leave without my items.

I decided to try this shop as they must be experts I assumed but I was very wrong. I went to their retail branch in Bristol Cabbot Circus to order Estee Lauder Beautiful Magnolia but they didn`t had it on stock. The lady (store manager) at the till said that`s not a problem cause she can order one for next day delivery so I was quite happy to leave the order with her. Next day my delivery arrived but instead of ?beautiful magnolia? I have only received ?beautiful? (previous edition). I thought it`s not the end of the world as everyone makes mistakes I just take it back. I was wrong again. First I have been told by another lady at the counter that she is going to get fired because of this, but I told her that sounds a bit dramatic to me, but I already felt bad enough. She started to make phone calls and then the manager from the previous day appeared starting to mock me saying ?They don`t do mistakes as this is their expertise? so it`s my fault although I never placed the order myself as their staff did. I said that`s fair enough, let`s see a CCTV about how I placed the order but they started to laugh at me and ignored my request. They have said they refund the price of the product but not the delivery cost. When I challenged that saying that it was just not my fault they said they don`t care about me or what my problem is and then continued to mock me to not to come again. I have left the store went to Boots where I got served with the exact product I wanted with professional and well-mannered customer care. I recommend everyone staying away from this Bristolian dodgy retail store where the arrogant store manager laughs at you and mocks you if they make a mistake. They are no professionals it`s just a bunch of wheeler dealers.

Very rude , unprofessional and obnoxious staff not to forgot that they take ages to come and meet you and/or they are really indifferent to why you are there for really. You can?t smell what you buying ( samples ) . I genuinely advising you to avoid them.
