I bought a very expensive Samsung Oddesy Arc from The Electronics Warehouse LTD 3 months ago. Delivery was slow and the box was mashed so badly that I didn’t accept delivery. Purchased a Samsung 70 inch TV was initially very happy with price and quality worked for two years and now the screen is blank and the sound is intermittent.
