I have worked for this shop for 8 years and all of a sudden had a change of manger ( Martijn mountcastle) and thinks he?s sorting the shop out but in reality he?s pushing everyone and every customer away. The amount of bad comments I?ve heard about you already within a matter of weeks, just shows what kind of manager you really are. Evil, heartless, cold man. never have I ever done anything wrong in that shop and for you to come along and have the power over my job is disgusting and out of order. Very unfair and you are very rude. Good luck in the future, hope you don?t upset many more people, can?t be many people left..

If i could leave no stars i would, i will no longer be a shopper in this store as i have seen and heard about the way the new manager in there deals with his staff. TESCO you really need to do something about him its a joke. Losing some of the beat staff in this store over him is shocking

I can easily say that 90% of the staff are super helpful and go above and beyond but there is one particular member of staff who is a middle aged woman who has short black curly hair who is the worst worker I have ever seen in any supermarket chain.She always consistently refuses to pack my groceries despite me asking her to assist claiming (I'm a big boy I can pack my own).She is single handidly bringing down the reputation of the Tesco brand in this branch.I'd love to discuss this further with the complaints team as I am over the numerous times she has chosen to single me out and refuse to pack my groceries.

Fairly small Tesco Express, though hardly so busy that you would have a long wait.Prices only slightly more than a regular full size Tesco, and it benefits by having friendly, helpful staff.
