Really poor service. Had to serve ourselves and 2 guys behind the bar just seemed to be stood there tapping away on the tills without actually serving us or pouring the drinks. Was with a large party and had to wait ages.

A nightmare from the moment we stepped in. First our table was booked for 18:30 and was double booked, we had to then wait half an hour for a table big enough to be free. Once seated we asked for menus and nothing came, asked again and told to use the QR code, this isn?t suitable for a large booking so asked for physical menus again (but first was asked if I want the bottomless brunch menu, at 7pm?!). When asking how to order with the menu as it wasn?t table service, I was told we had to go to the bar, which was 6 rows deep at this point with not enough bar staff.At this point we decided it was going so terribly and we were being completely ignored I went to get my £40 back which I had previously paid to hold the table as it was a large booking. Once again was told to go to the bar to get my refund, after queuing through the rows and rows of people I was told to go to the manager, with no direction to who this is, I went and asked who told me to go to the bar that I needed the manager, he disappeared and never returned. I was then left standing in the middle of the busy bar being completely ignored by all members of staff.A friend then managed to get the manager, to which she took my booking reference and told me she would ?immediately get my refund sorted and I would receive an email soon that evening?, I have yet to receive this email. However I would like to add the manager was the only helpful member of staff we spoke to, and was very apologetic.If you can?t run the establishment to serve dinner sufficiently on a Saturday evening then I suggest you stop this all together if you can?t provide the service.I have contacted the complaints department at Stonegate Group.

Laini and Kelcie were amazing !! Went for bottomless brunch in the Bristol harbourside and they were rapid, friendly and overall so lovely!! I will be back

Well what can I say considering it was a very quiet Sunday with less than fifteen people in the restaurant- bar and waiting staff included our experience here today was appalling!The bar staff checking constantly with the tables ordering cocktails but for my partner and I who had a lemonade and a pint he was definitely not bothered asking if we needed a drink.Food wasn?t hot surprisingly for an overcooked piece of fish you would expect it to be hot however this was not the case at all for mine or my partners. Chips and peas exactly the same? cold.Considering how dead it was we had to wait for cutlery after the meal arrived so a warm dinner then the waitress couldn?t find any vinegar so she had to look around the premises making our dinner even colder. I could understand if it was busy waiting for cutlery or waiting on vinegar as they would have been rushed off their feet but considering it was a Sunday afternoon with football on with it being so quiet it?s just bang out of order to have had service like this.Staff not really a care in the world what?s going on just with their heads in the clouds not attentive on the customers they do have.Stood around not doing anything just at the bar chatting.Decor/cleanliness: Sticky table! Flashing lightbulb above our table one second it would work the next minute it would be off. The only highchair that we could see that was available was sticky and covered in food! We had to feed our son in the pram as it was too vile to clean with wet wipes.Will not be returning to this establishment certainly would not be recommending!Get a better service and hotter food at McDonalds!
