“I had a key that’s been badly twisted out of shape and couldn’t use it to open the main door, I took it two key cutting shops but none of them was able to make a copy of it but the guy at this shop was brilliant, he made the first cut and asked me to try it and if it doesn’t work he’ll try another cut. It worked first time”

“Me and a friend went into JD sports looking for socks, coukdnt find the right sizes and we're talking quite loudly about not being able to find the right size in front of 4 or 5 employees. Not a single one came to help. We then went next door into schuh and we're greeted on arrival, we went to look at the socks and a girl came to let us know they had more sizes if we needed them. The difference in service was ridiculous. And id definitely rather go back to schuh than JD. It's also a lighter, nicer layed out store with better value for money too.”

“My first time shopping in Clarks and I was looking for a pair of shoes for work I was confused on what to get and then I was greeted by a member of staff called Marianne she showed different options I like and we managed to find the perfect pair I cannot stress enough how friendly and approachable Marianne was today she definitely gave a First class customer experience if I could I would give more than five stars for her today”

“Love Shoe Zone , friendly staff, the shoes well displayed and a great variety of styles and choice . The prices are very competitive , and you can pick up some really good bargains . One minor quibble is that the lighting in the store could be a little better , and the shop itself could benefit from a revamp . Other than that it’s the go to place for family footwear 👠👡👟👞👢 😀👍 ”

Boots are great, but I've bought several pairs from Charles Clinkard and they are always fantastic quality and last for years. The shop in Byres Rd Glasgow closed so I'm delighted I can still buy their boots online.”

“Absolutely fantastic customer care, I bought some trainers 3 months ago which were a different style than my usual, found that due to the trainers and the shape of my feet, both trainers had holes in them. I contacted customer care via email; they responded super quick requesting I go to the store direct, where the lovely staff then gave me the full amount as a credit note; which of course, I promptly spent on a better choice thanks to the good advice of the staff. I’ve always been a Sketchers fan and experiences such as this just reinforces it.”

“I’m giving 5 stars because I want to highlight my review to help other customers as well. I experienced a bad approach from the NEWLOOK Bill counter. I went to exchange a cloth that I had brought two days before, but I didn’t get a physical copy of the receipt instead, and the lady told me she would mail me. But I didn’t get any emails from their side. It was not my mistake, but when I went to exchange, the other lady in the bill counter behaved like I got it for free and made me wait too long. Then the manager came and asked for my bank statement (it's not fair to ask someone for personal details). Later on, they said my email ID was wrong. My advice is to first learn how to treat a customer.❗️BEWARE ❗️ Please don’t opt for email Bill; ask them to print the copy.”

“Wonderful service for me and my son from a vendor called “Musa”. He’s taken his time with us, made sure to give us great advice and to check that all parameters were in place for us to chose the right shoes. Really great to see that helping people like him are still on the shops. I’m a 34 y old father and the gain in time and efficiency was super important for me. Would recommend and come again just because of that experience. Well done!”

Lots of lovely products on sale.Large furniture department.Well lit, bright, airy and it feels spacious.The next store is over 2 floors and has an outdoor garden centre during the summer months.The upstairs has lots of bedroom furniture and there is a baby section at the back of the store.There is also a costa coffee instore, upstairs.Store is clean, tidy and the staff are friendly and helpful”

“I went into the longwell green store today and I just wanted to give a huge shout out for a staff member. I think she was called Bev. She was so kind and helpful. I wanted a particular green dress which they didn’t have in store in my size. She searched all the other stores and ordered me one to get delivered into the store. She was so kind and helpful and really went above and beyond. She was so desperate for me to have this dress for a special night out. It may not get delivered in time, but I’m still buying it anyway. Amazing customer service and a lovely lady. I’ll definitely be back x”

“Had to pick up a replacement item and phoned ahead to ask if this would be OK if I turned up slightly after closing, they quickly agreed and had the item waiting for me, this is in complete contrast to the Next Home Store at Cribbs Causeway who flatly refused to help me after getting their 2 minutes late, a drastic difference in flexibility and customer service.”
