I have just received the worst customer service I have ever had.Your manager at the Cribbs Causeway store, George, is the rudest person I have ever met. I am disgusted in the way she spoke to me. I have never experienced anything like it.I came into store regarding a pair of Nike trainers that I bought from Schuh as they had holes in them after only having them for three months.George accused me of pulling my trainers on and off and therefore I am at fault for the holes. This is something I never do with my shoes and I was shocked that I was accused of this. I explained to George that I do not do this but she continued to accuse me of this. I felt so uncomfortable with the way I was spoken too.Other customers in the store looked over at me as George was so rude she even argued with me. I told her that I was disappointed with the response and she simply wouldn?t listen to me. And before I could ask any further questions she walked away from me! So rude. I had not even finished talking and she walked away. I am totally disgusted with this.I cannot believe that a person with this customer service is a manager at one of your stores. I am extremely disappointed at this situation as it hasn?t been resolved and I have been totally disrespected.

Received appalling service from George today. We returned a pair of faulty Converse Platform hightops which cost £80 and had only been bought 3 months ago..she claimed they are a fashion shoe and would not exchange them. She was snappy and irritated whilst dealing with us. She had no intention to help or exchange the faulty shoe. Email sent to Schuh Complaints.

Me and a friend went into JD sports looking for socks, coukdnt find the right sizes and we're talking quite loudly about not being able to find the right size in front of 4 or 5 employees. Not a single one came to help. We then went next door into schuh and we're greeted on arrival, we went to look at the socks and a girl came to let us know they had more sizes if we needed them. The difference in service was ridiculous. And id definitely rather go back to schuh than JD. It's also a lighter, nicer layed out store with better value for money too.

I had been given store credit for a pair of shoes that had been damaged from online which was disappointing but this store were great. Went to get a pair of shoes for my mum and Sophie helped me get the right size. Made me not feel like a nuisance.
