Good, friendly and helpful staff. The issue I have is, what ridiculous opening hours Monday yo Friday, come on Royal Mail, people have to go to work at weekends as well?

Why can?t Royal Mail put their opening times on the missed delivery card they put through your letter boxThe delivery service from Amazon is great compared to Royal MailYou can track an item so you know what time it is going to be delivered. Royal Mail will not put parcel in a safe place either.No wonder they are losing business to private delivery firms

Went there today to return a package at 10:40 am and it was closed. It does not close at 12pm on Tuesdays, it closes at 10am! They really need to update their opening and closing times.

It would be 0 stars if i could. Royal Mail/Post Office Keynsham lost my £165 phone i was sending to Musicmagpie, they wont take responsibility and wont pay out for it. Royal Fail strikes again.
