Really helpful salesman, recognised I wasn?t quite ready to make a TV purchase as I was on a fact-finding mission and therefore simply talked me through the panels on display. I will be going back to make my purchase there soon.

Wonderful place, great staff, excellent service. Explained what I wanted (headphones that I could use wirelessly but connected to my NAD C 350 amp). Pointed to the sennheiser set straight away. Tried them out. Guy checked that they had a set AND adapter in the warehouse, I paid, and they were delivered by 9.30 the next morning. Thoroughly recommend.

The team at Richer Sounds in Bristol have been amazing throughout the whole process of buying and installing my new soundsystem. Recently needed some new TV tech, and Richer Sounds had a real that was too good to miss!Sadly, one of the things I brought was the wrong one, which I didn't know until I opened it up. ?Feeling slightly stupid and embarrassed, I rang their web aftercare team, and spoke to Matt I think it was.I explained my predicament, and explained how I needed a different model.With no hesitation, he called my local store to check availability, and the very next day I had the correct model swapped with no issues!Plus it came with 6 year warranty! ?Absolutely recommend.

Be careful with their 5 year guarantee, I was told I would be given a brand new like for like tv if anything went wrong with mine. When something did go wrong they decided to write off and dispose of my tv (without telling me) and then offer me a credit note of much less value towards a new tv, leaving me with having to pay a lot of money to make up the difference, after much complaining I got nowhere and was forced to take a much lesser quality tv, would never trust Richersounds again after this

Hi allRicher sounds are better than some people (the uninitiated) give them credit for (the uninitiated) - they have a long standing pedigree and a high level of expertise.I was in yesterday to audition an amp and speakers.I was very impressed by:a) the amount of time I was given to review each speakerb) the very low pressure for me to purchasec) nothing seemed to much troubled) individualised customer servicee) feeling like I was the only customer in the shopg) sales person came in, saw I was deep in thought and discreetly left me to it.Overall this was an exceptional customer experience and I would like this to be feedback to the member of staff and their manager, regional manager and Mr Richer (if such a person exists).I have been into many audio retailers (usually to by equipment for mixing and mastering audio - genelec speakers, Adams, KRK's, Auratone, Tannoy, Nuemann (new to the game), Eve and Focal etc) and the customer service is usually appalling.So this is a big thanks for the service I received.I tend to walk out if I don't get time to listen properly.Anyways up....I was allowed ample time to listen to:Audiolab 6000a and B&W 606 s2 anniversary edition.These were definitely not for me - at low volume the bottom end was painfully boomy.Jack/Jonathan kindly suggested an alternative set of speakers - the Dali Oberon 3. I am familiar with these as both my children have these - floor standing and bookshelf versions respectively.For my use case - low volume and seldom loud, these were ideal. I loved these. I have overly acute hearing and these just worked.There are all kinds of reasons why these sound so great, stereo imaging, very well balanced across all volume levels, etc, etc - you know all this stuff.Oh, yes - they price matched, without the slightest quibble.

I went in shortly before close, Mark and Alex helped me out when I needed screws for my tv stand. Very grateful for their help and they didn?t charge me, would absolutely recommend for their service alone. Plan to return to buy some equipment soon.
