The room was lovely but there is room.for improvement the rooms need to modernize to USB power points as only things like hair dryers and laptops will use mains plugs which left me unable to charge my mobile phone Another disappointment was there wasn't enough tea coffee and milk and sugar although it was made available at reception to help yourself to there is still no way people only drink 2 cups of tea or coffee. The staff did seem very friendly and gave a warm welcome though and the beds were very comfortable and I did notice there was spare bedding available but again another let down was not enough towels and no towel for laying on the floor as a bath mat. The towel rail on the wall was loose as well but the quality of shower and bath temperature was perfect to adjustRooms: Comfortable beds great water temperature in shower and bath but one let down. Is not enough towels not enough tea coffee milk sugar and no USB charging ports not modernized enough which left me unable to charge my mobile phone. The towel rack was loose and there wasn't enough towels and no bath mat for keeping the floor dryNearby activities: Not far from my friends 50th birthday partyWalkability: Easy walking distance to local trade parksFood & drinks: Plenty of food outlets nearby

Used before flying out of Bristol Airport. Very handy location. KFC, Costa, McDonald's all available as well as Brewers Fayre. All went without a hitch.

Great value for money - the rooms are a bit outdated is the only thing I?d say let?s it down slightly! Otherwise spot on.

Been staying here for work for the past few months and the reception staff couldn?t be more accommodating, they are absolutely amazing, we always have a right laugh when we are checking in and out, even on the way back from eating at the restaurant they are always willing to engage conversation with you, really friendly hotel would recommend to anyone

Claire and Paige incredibly helpful. Trying to wrestle with a difficult computer system but with great patience, calm - and good old-fashioned customer service - they managed to sort me a room out. Thank you! ?Walkability: Pool

It was fine, absolutely standard Premier Inn rooms as you'd expect. Hotel has no lift and no air con but of course that is known on booking. Main problem was the restaurant which was absolutely bursting at the seams and failing to cope adequately. So the breakfast buffet took a long, long time to be refilled so big queues built up as people clustered around waiting for more supplies , plates and cups were in short supply, orange juice not readily available, etc.

All I need to say is Emily is amazing she was able to get me another room since I had to book a desaibled room and it was fully booked Thank you so much.

Location and staff were great. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner (some of the bathroom sides were a bit mucky). Some mould on the windows as well. The breakfast was at the brewers Fayre that was just next to the hotel and the breakfast was great. Much better than some of the other premier inns that we?ve been to before. I?d stay there again if I was visiting Bristol or Bath - it?s quite a bit cheaper than staying in Bath or the city Centre of Bristol.

Rooms: The room is cleaner and a good size, but the air conditioning unit is very noisy to the point you can't sleep even when it's off, let's the whole stay down, think it needs a good service.Nearby activities: A lot to do within walking distance from the hotel.Safety: Felt safe in the hotel and the car park area.Food & drinks: Breakfast is very good with very good service given by the young girl at the front of service in the Breakfast area.
