This was the 5th post office I went to to try & get an international driving permit. Was a long queue on arrival but the boss got on top of it by sifting the quick jobs to make time for the longer jobs and kept everyone happy. Thank you so much!

Post offices are all slow but this one takes 30+ minutes to even be seen.The first visit I waited 30 minutes to be told their Amazon scanner wasn't working, they could have put up a sign so I didn't waste my lunch break. Very rude staffEdit: the second visit the member of staff was much more polite and attentive so I have increased the star rating

I like using the Post Office and shop as the staff there are always friendly and helpful. They never make me feel rushed even when it's busy. There is always a vast array of whatever it is you're looking for.

We a Passport renewed using the old passport and having a digital photo taken, so nothing for us to do. The New Passport arrived in 8 Days ! Thank you for offering us this service and all your help advice

Do not go here if you are looking to renew your driving license.The photo taken by an ancient tablet(!!) against a white board (?!!) and was "force accepted" into the system by the person at the counter.Unsurprisingly, a week later I received a letter from the DVLA stating my photo was rubbish and I will have to go through the entire process again by sending a physical photo out.Great job team!

If you want to get served by a truly miserable women working in the post office who lacks basic manners and any customer service skills then this is the place for you!I would recommend going to the Downend or Fishponds post office instead.The people working the shop side seem nice enough but won't use the post office again

First time in this post office today as recently moved to the local area. Admittedly I followed another customer and I walked up the wrong aisle towards the post office till. I apologised for that, however when it came to my turn I had the staff member behind the till speak to me like I was a child pushing in the queue. I looked behind me and asked the old gentleman whether he would like to go before me. He was very polite and declined. However the staff member gave me a horrendous look and said she was still trying to work out whether it was my turn or not. Very pathetic and no customer skills what so ever. Ill venture down to fishponds from now on.
