Not sure if this is the correct Wolesley, but that is also part of the issue. If you want to speak to the bathroom showroom they don?t advertise that telephone number, you just get put through to the wrong department every time.I had a great initial experience in the showroom with a very knowledgeable sales rep who was very friendly and gave great advice. The good service starts and ends here. I was told I wouldn?t wait more than a week, two at a push for my order. 3 months later and I hadn?t received so much as a phone call or an apology. I was also told when I contacted Wolesley myself they wouldn?t be able to help me as I couldn?t find my order number. Apparently their systems are so outdated they can?t use your name, or address to search for your order. I was able to tell them the products I ordered and that was insufficient too. Eventually after a number of phone calls from various different offices I received my furniture delivery. I chose not to leave a review as the issue was resolved. I thought that was the end of my dealings with Wolesley until my plumber said there was missing pieces from my order, I contacted Wolesley once again who reassured me they could send this out to me. It?s now 2.5 weeks later with no contact again. To summarise, once you?ve bought your furniture and paid your money, they aren?t interested. Won?t be using again.28/10/2022 Edit: the response from Wolesley is for show. I was already in touch with online support who told me 6 days ago there was a 72 hour resolution period. I still have no resolution. Who knew it would be this difficult to deliver one toilet seat!

Very poor customer service. Considering wolseley are meant to be specialist merchant for the plumbing and heating trade they don't even know what basic plumbing parts are let alone the order numbers therefore making it a very long wait. Considering there appears to be plenty of staff at the branch they're in no rush to serve the customer.

Very rude staff. Wasn?t interested in helping me at all and made up lies about the product I wanted instead of trying to find it. Went to Fishponds store and was served with the right product straight away. AVOID THIS BRANCH!

Excellent service - I needed a riser kit for a shower tray and the guy (sorry I don't recall his name) did some research to ensure that the kit was the correct one - which it was. Saved me a lot of time.
