I needed a hard to find part very quickly and had resigned myself to having to wait a few days for it but it was in stock here and available for immediate collection. Really happy, will use this store for all my plumbing parts from now on. Thanks.

Just had great customer service from the new guy who has taken over this branch. Very friendly and helped us out with a tap cartridge service, saving us ££.

Awful branch, in no rush to serve anybody, i had been standing waiting to be served for around 20 mins until somebody came to the counter, then staff just strolling around taking forever to pick the order. Do not use this branch if you need to get anywhere the same day.If i could leave a review every time i come in i would and it would be 1 star each time, the place is a joke.
