The fish tanks in this store are utterly disgraceful. Contamination is a guarantee when buying fish here. The tanks are disgraceful. Dead snails, and far too many dead fish. I mentioned it to a member of staff, as I went there specifically to purchase snails for my tank. The member of staff was so blasé, I immediately went to the pet section/Animal welfare. Where I was met with a blank, unconcerned look, and was treated like an inconvenience, despite trying to be subtle.There is absolutely no concern for animal welfare in Brislington pet at home or their internal veterinary centre.I will be going back with my camera!

Popped in to buy my cat a new carrier. The lady on the till was super friendly and helpful! Pointed me in the right direction of where the carriers were and also helped recommending one to suit what I needed. Very happy with the purchase, £27 for a decent quality carrier which also included a food bowl that attaches to the door grill and also comes with a comfy mattress. I thought it was an absolute bargain. One of the nicer pets at home stores I've been to :)

We have five dogs so semi live in this shop ,i prefer this shop to the other competitor because of certain brands and bag sizes . The staff are always polite and helpful and prises are much the same
