“Popped in to buy my cat a new carrier. The lady on the till was super friendly and helpful! Pointed me in the right direction of where the carriers were and also helped recommending one to suit what I needed. Very happy with the purchase, £27 for a decent quality carrier which also included a food bowl that attaches to the door grill and also comes with a comfy mattress. I thought it was an absolute bargain. One of the nicer pets at home stores I've been to :)”

“Lovely experience each time we've walked in and been welcomed by the staff at the tills. When staff are not busy with customers they come and asked if we are okay and know what we are looking for. Majority of the time, they know where everything is and direct you in the right place!Had issues with fleas which was address with multiple solutions thanks to the lovely team!
