I went into the store at Cribbs they were 2 employees chatting to each other, I had to wait for a few minutes. Then one of them came closer and when I said I want to ask about SIM card only he asked me if I?m in the queue. I said no and hen he said that I had to wait for an 1.5 hour, as other people were in the queue before me and I also had my baby with me. But I said there is nobody here he said that I still had to wait, so I left and he went back to keep chatting with the other one. I?m not going back there for sure

Went to this shop to collect new phone. Didn't have photo ID as in a passport or driving licence but did have company photo ID and email confirming. 3 store assistants leaning on counter in middle of store very rude and unhelpful. When asked what happens if you don't have photo id was told 'above my pay grade' what happened to good customer service ! I understand there are procedures however they were so disinterested.

Visited to the outlet with my spouse to buy an iPhone 15. The sales officer (Can?t remember his name it?s like GANNEk & was with clutchers) was not helpful at all and was so negative. We went to O2 as I?m an existing customer and almost paid off my iPad. His excuse was very ordinary. Doesn?t have a computer to give detail?We went to 3 mobile and got the stuff happily

The Store is accessible and lay out is very pleasing on the eye. Reece is a top Sales person he is very knowledgable and very very good at sales and passing on the correct information. One shop in the Mall Cribbs Causeway I will return to over and over again

Very poor customer service, I bought a I pad from them with three years contract,now i pad having charging issue. It?s only 2 years now Been to Apple Store and they recommend can?t repair the i pad should replace a new one. When i back to o2 store ,they said can?t do anything, I?m out of warranty, but in o2 website says there is 3 years warranty for it, so I?m paying money to o2 another year for nothing.very disappointing, I recommend to new customers, if you buy anything from o2 think hundreds times

Terrible waste of time, dealt with James who wasn't helpful. wasted a lot of my time and then suggested another place to resolve my issue, when I took his useless advice the other store informed me that they don't offer this service. really amateur. this has put me off using O2 again and will be changing provider in December.

Thanks so much to James for all his help this evening. We have just transferred from EE to O2 and got in a bit of a pickle with the setup. Not only did he sort out all of the issues, he did it without making us feel like we were stupid for not being able to do it ourselves ?

65 minutes waiting for an agent, working on the problem then Tom (probably the manager) takes the agent away and makes us wait again!!!!! In the end Tom was the first of 4 people in 4 days that came up with a good idea.

Came in to look at potentially joining o2 and after the attitude from Reece I will not be joining your company he seemed extremely disinterested in serving me when I asked if there is anything cheaper he just said ?these are the prices mate? I mentioned EE was cheaper all I got back was ? best to join them then? appalling attitude from a manager

I don't know what's changed recently but good lord, this has to be the most useless O2 store I've been to. Had to go back 4 times to try and get a new phone because there was always something not working at the store, or it was understaffed, or it was randomly closed, or I was just ignored completely. Thought it might just be an O2 specific problem as also had issues with the store in Broadmead but I recently went to a store outside of Bristol and they were very helpful.
