This is the only branch in Bristol that is open on a Saturday and it is machines only. The staff do nothing other than say hello and show you how to use the machine. Max cash deposit is £ 3,000, and the machines can only do 50 notes at a time. The entire first floor is full of people queueing, struggling with the machines and complaining to staff.

bad service - I went to get cash as I had lost my pin number. I had a passport and birth certificate + debit card, but no pin. They told me I needed to bring a cheque book as well... it took 4 employees to work out how to order the cheque book for me & when they finally worked it out, they sent me the one for the wrong account, so still couldn't get money out.I eventually went to the Natwest in Fliton, they gave me cash with the ID + debit card... no cheque book required...

Very incompetent service, when setting up the account, the lady serving us did not warn us that we cannot provide one phone number for two separate accounts, which is why our accounts were blocked immediately after opening...
