The food was fresh and cooked nicely. The service was good and served in a reasonable time. My friend has eating restrictions, and the manager patiently went through the ingredients to help her.Dietary restrictions: Ask and the staff can go through the recipe.Parking: You have to look for paid parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Narrow entrance.

Went here on Saturday and it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I anticipated that it would be busy and that there would be a delay in getting a table - that was fine. But my partner and I were seated at a table right by the entrance, where the door kept opening with guests coming in and it was freezing cold. Being at the front where staff greet guests, there were often groups of people waiting around right next to our table, practically leaning on our table and making us feel extremely uncomfortable and really putting us off our food as we felt so claustrophobic (and cold!).I went up to the tills to try and place an order for our food, and was left standing around for about 5 minutes, as even though staff kept walking past me, no one seemed interested in taking my order, and so I had to ask a member of staff after they walked past me for about the 10th time if I could please place an order.When our food eventually arrived, given the cramped conditions, not only did we have groups of people waiting for a table stood right next to us, but other guests coming and going kept brushing past us. We ate our food as quickly as we could as we were so desperate to leave.I honestly cannot say I ever want to come back here again, as it was the most stressful, awkward and uncomfortable dining experience we've ever had!

Awh man this place was amazing. It was my first time dining in this restaurant and let me tell you, the chicken here was incredible. I haven't been to many places that serve chicken but the boneless chickens served to me here were amazing. The staff were professional and helped me pick my food and the hotness level of it.I definitely recommend this place!

Walked into a half empty restaurant, got sat at a wet sticky table. Being half empty I didn?t expect to wait 1 hour for my food to arrive. My food didn?t actually ?arrive?, I asked the waiter where my food was who advised they were busy prioritising online delivery orders and my food was going to take a further 10-15 minutes, I?m sure they hadn?t even started cooking it yet. My food still had not arrived after the proposed time, oddly others around me were receiving their food having arrived after me. I said I?d been waiting long enough and I?d like to take my food to go the waiter said it would take the same amount of time but he?d ?fast track? my order, I don?t know what he meant by that it wasn?t fast at all. Finally received my food in a takeaway bag luke warm/ cold, didn?t get any apology or empathy. I do love Nando?s, but this branch was awful and I would not return or recommend.

Visited the UK with my wife, 6 years after graduating uni, and wanted her to try Nando's as I enjoyed it quite often while I was studying.However I was greatly disappointed by how we were treated at this branch. Actually we feel we were discriminated against.We ordered at 5:11pm and waited for our order. We ordered 1 starter which arrived relatively promptly. However our main came about 20 mins after. Unfortunately it was the wrong order. They had made a mistake which is understandable. I let them (I believe it was the manager) know and they took the order back. I would like to highlight that we didn't receive an apology from them at this point.We waited a further 15mins and the order still hadn't arrived. So we asked one of the staff to check out order. Still no apology at this point as well.After another 15mins of waiting, food arrived, a total of approx 50mins after we ordered. Still no apology.We decided to not spoil our mood so we just ate the food.However, the thing that pushed me to complain in-person and write this review is that, they apologised multiple times (the manager and a staff member) and even offered free things to another English couple because they had waited 30mins... I am not writing this review to get free things as they had offered after I complained in person.Btw, when I complained, the staff member said he was busy... He only apologised when I mentioned we hadn't received an apology from anyone!Had they apologised and recognised us, I wouldn't be writing this review.I've had better experiences at other Nando's. I would not recommend this branch to anyone unless they re-train their staff.

Found two long hairs in my food. The woman working in the kitchen didn't have her hair tied back or any hair net on. I was refunded the full amount.

Pretty much exactly what you'd expect from a well run Nandos! Occasionally there have been little problems like the fizzy drink machine not working well or food taking a long time, but never anything bad enough to stop me from coming

Dirty cutlery, dirty sauce bottles mainly empty.Loads of staff but we did wonder if there is a manager around. Kala at the front door kept encouraging her colleague to tell people he must say it?s a 25 minute wait not 20 minutes.With free tables available (some dirty some sprayed clean), the amount of couples and small groups turned away with this deterring line was unbelievable. If this was our business we?d be fuming.Chicken was super dry, oily over cooked and lukewarm chops, boneless chicken thighs needed a lot of liquids to chew to get it down.Staff were flicking food up in the air and catching it, a team not taking their roles seriously and messing about.We?ve generally had positive experiences at other Nandos branches but this one is one to steer clear of.
