Honestly one of the most overpriced shops I?ve been into. Don?t expect to pick up any snacks for the ride home for a couple of quid. Due to the prices I thought I?d stick to getting a meal deal for £5.50 only to find out that the snack item that I bought which was labelled ?Snack? was not included and resulted in me being charged £7.95 for a sandwich, a coke and five olives with 2 two blocks of cheese. If time was not of the essence (I had to catch a national express bus), I would have left and used the reasonably priced Italian bar opposite.

I had a really good experience with the assistant manager Kate.Kate was extra helpful and incredibly friendly.She went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed.

It's a good m&s in terms of product range but I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and was harassed by this security guard pictured. Racial profiling seems to be the standard in this store.

Love m&s it was a little expensive back in the day but I have found that the prices these days are really reasonable. M&s always has a grate selection of food and drink and staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Not much to say to be honest.Way to expensive for the quality of food, maybe I?m fussy but most of the food Doesn?t taste that great especially for how expensive it is.However Some of there food is quite good - such as There crisp, chocolate and bakery.The experience I had in the cafe want the best,The cake I had there was very cold and way to rich. Also the woman the served seemed quite annoyed for no reason.

Great service in the cafe from everyone, but have to mention the especially good service from Jane today, really went out of her way to get us everything we needed and made sure everything was okay. Great food too, plenty of spaces to sit.

Good parking, this M&S is ideal for a quick food shop. Great choice of High quality bakery, fresh foods and produce. Also has beers, wines and spirits, newspapers, cards, cleaning products and a good cafe.

Usually love this shopping outlet they sell great food which is always fresh and looks good,well laid out and easy parking it?s ground floor level so easy access.Unfortunately here?s the BUT my wife and I recently visited and were not impressed by a member of their staff.In my opinion he looked like he should be auditioning for a Harry Potter movie with his unkempt facial hair and looked dirty,has we started to put are food items on the conveyor belt he started coughing it sounded absolutely disgusting,he wasn?t waring a masked,we removed are item?s and checked out in another part of the store,he then proceeded to start shouting across the store at us because we didn?t want his help,we didn?t appreciate this.Following that another sales person asked us what was happening,we told her and she said this person also made her feel sick with the coughing noises.Plus with the COVID situation I don?t think this person should be anywhere around food.This is not what we expect from Marks and Spencer.
