Excellent store and friendly and highly knowledgeable staff, owners are amazing and nothing is too much for them, they are always willing to help as much as possible and prices are very competitive and cheaper than online! Can not recommend this shop enough!

The old haggard woman here is the most rude and unpleasant disgrace to the civilised world. Nasty, vitriolic, and spiteful, hissing sly comments from the side of her foul mouth. The husband is either weak and pathetic or is trapped by this witch's curse. Nobody cares about your motorbike nonsense you repulsive cat lady. A condescending, arrogant bully; your downfall will be of your own making.

I had a terrible experience at this shop!I?m not sure if the staff were just having a bad day or what!Me and a friend came to marcruss outdoors and we?re initially very happy with the range of products but the wife of the owner seemed very criticising of me and my friend. After I said to my friend ? maybe we can have a look online as well? the wife of the owner went mental at me! Saying I was incredibly rude for saying that and I should be ashamed of my self. After shouting at me and my friend for a good 2 minutes we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere!Not happy with the service I received

Brilliant customer service and great staff. They will answer any question as they seem to know everything!! In store they stock everything from camping gear to Airsoft guns and gas to army surplus in all in amazing condition. They offer a free two toning service for all guns bought there that costs about £12 everywhere else. The price of all the kit and guns is crazy good and I often wonder how they make money!bu far this is my favourite shop in Bristol.R

Fantastic range of military surplus clothing and equipment, Airsoft etc. at really good prices. Also lots of camping, boots, outdoor gear upstairs. I wish I lived closer as I would be a regular customer! Free parking around the back and a most friendly and welcoming experience.

I can't really criticise it. They didn't have what I wanted, but that's fair enough. I would argue about the surplus store bit, not much evidence of Government surplus or recycled kit/uniforms. But perhaps that's not available anymore.
