Normally don?t want to bother the branch as I try to do things online. However when I walked past I thought I would pop in to report my lost card. Clearly the staff was not impressed about me not knowing the account number and sort code by heart. Then impatiently searched for my address but no result. I gave up and asked for a new card reader, nothing over the counter, went to search in the office, still nothing. The whole process was just so unfriendly and unhelpful . I walked out wishing I had never walked in. Have had much better experiences in other two banks on the same street.

I went into the Westbury on trim Bristol branch to have help with an account problem Heather at the desk was extremely kind and helpful she was very understanding patient and everything she possibly could to help me I am very very grateful

Not great service at this bank for me and my dear elderly sickly mother..here at this Lloyds Bank..Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol, UK...first woman staff member ('S' her forename initial) here I saw she was fine...very friendly.. she gave quite good customer service and answered most of my questions...she seemed a bit unknowing and stuck a bit on certain banking procedures and methods? The second member ('KS') here we later saw.. not so great! She was rather unfriendly in her attitude... didn't fully or didn't know how to answer one of my questions...and the Bank Manger a 'Mr 'C' (His surname initial) he was equally unimpressive...
