There was only one guy .managing the work flow. He was doing his best but it was a3 min delay checking the car in plus no phone call to say it was ready. He was great by the way it wasn't his fault he was unsupported

The service was extremely slow, and took more than twice the period indicated at drop off. The centre was not busy, and staff were wandering around, chatting and messing about instead of getting on with the work. All in all, an unprofessional environment and a poor service.

I rated 3 stars simply because I booked a slot for 12 midday was told when I dropped off my car that the wait was going to be (an hour and forty five minutes for the job to be completed) This was to change two tyres and two wiper blades!!! Longest tyre change I ever came across .I would receive a phonecall from the service manager when my car would be ready to collect which didn't happen.

I unfortunately arrived 20 minutes late for my MOT due to circumstances out of my control, and was told that my car may not be seen that day but they would try. I said no worries, as I was late but then did not hear back for an update and had to call myself at the end of the next day only to be told my car wouldn?t be MOTd until 3 weeks later, and that there were other cars in the same position. I was told I should?ve been told this when I dropped it off but unfortunately I was not informed and nobody called me to update me. I was able to find an MOT somewhere else luckily, but to expect to keep someones car for 3 weeks with an expired MOT is ridiculous and I should have been informed of this so I could?ve driven away and found somewhere else while the MOT was still valid. I would?ve been left without any transport and no communication from KwikFit. I called customer service for a refund which they were happy to do, but unfortunate that the team didn?t inform me better to begin with, as I lost money and time. I wouldn?t have left a bad review if I had just been informed of this when I dropped off the car.

Did a good job of regassing my air con at the specified time - took approx 2 hours.Called me at the end to try and upsell me a tyre saying it was 'urgently low on tread and required' when the tyre was still a good few mm over the legal limit. A little cheeky, but they did a good job of what I booked the car in for.

Really impressed with the two lads at Kwikfit Cheltenham Road, Bristol today. They were short staffed and working flat out, but they still took on the job of dealing with my puncture even though it was late in the day. Super polite and hard working. Hopefully their boss will see this review and consider giving them both a bonus in recognition of their great work ethic.

The Manager (Jordan) was really polite and helpful. We managed to get a last minute appointment to re-gas our car's air con and it was done really quickly and efficiently. We would really recommend this centre. We've had a few things done here and the service is always great!

Been here a few times now. Always had great service at a decent price. Got fitted at the very last minute yesterday for my punctured tyre and they sorted me out no problem, even were kind enough to check my other tyres when I asked as I was aware they were an advisory a few months back.

Edit: As per company response below, I've submitted the details to the company online, I am waiting for a response.Original review:Very poor service: on drop-off was informed that it would take 1hour 30 to change 4 tyres, returned after that time only to wait for another hour. Tyres were incorrectly inflated 20% under the required value. Even after I pointed out to the staff that they looked under inflated. I was told that it was correct, when I got home I checked with my pressure gauge and discovered the issue. The free alignment check included in the order was not performed due to staff unavailability. Neither was the visual brake check performed.

Took my BMW Z4 in for a replacement shock absorber, they phoned me with a quote before they went ahead , and when they finished the work they called to let me know the car was ready , the staff were very helpful would definitely bring my car back for any more repairs.
