“Got my 3rds pierced at H Samuel today, just walked in past the usual time they carry out piercings (which I was unaware of) but was greeted with such kindness. Shauna stayed in longer and agreed to pierce my ears, making me feel so comfortable and not rushed out the door at all. I also purchased some beautiful earrings to use when these have healed up.
