Good choice at reasonable prices. Store is generally well laid out. Late on a Sunday the fitting rooms seem to close early. Only the ground floor fitting rooms were open.

I do like this H&M, even if it is on the perimeter of Cabot Circus. FYI - mens clothes are no longer on the top floor. Saves you coming back down the escalator - You're welcome!

I like the new opening after renovation. Better collection and self-scans payment machines. But, one of the staffs was so awful. I needed some help to find out how to remove pin from clothes after doing self-scan payment. I asked the staff how to do it. She told me the way but not willing to show it by touching. She treated me like an alien like she didn't wanna touch the thing i have touched or my skin. Her body language was so awful and made me feel different and not welcomed. She obviously treated me differently cuz of my skin. Please H&M, all of ur staffs need better training to be more open minded about the different customers from different countries.

I NEVER walk out of this store without buying something. It is so clean, organised and the clothes selection is amazing. The staff are very friendly and overall a lovely experience!! ?
