“I hired a tower scaffold to paint the stair well on a narrow steep stair case in a typical a Bristol Victorian terrace. What a brilliant sturdy piece of kit, which even fitted in my car. It made the decorating job easy and safe. West Tools are an asset to Bristol, I completely agree with Mark's review below. I wouldn't go anywhere else, great selection of tools on sale too.”

“My daughter had a small path outside her newly purchased Victorian terraced house that needed tiling. We went to Topps Tiles and Dan was very helpful in assisting re choice, effect and sizing. He was so helpful! We chose a tiler who had been recommended …. Paul … Ceramics Cube …. And after a visit from him to discuss the job he completed the path beautifully! Thanks to Paul’s expert skills the frontage to my daughters house is vastly improved. Paul is indeed an expert tiler and we are very grateful for the excellent standard of work! Thank you so much!”

Most staff are friendly and helpful, although a few seem more interested in their colleagues than they do in providing assistance to customers. Also thankful for the B&Q app for helping to locate products in-store, otherwise I would spend far more time searching for things!”

Some of their prices are high and a similar product can be found cheaper elsewhere however in the main I find them very reasonable and like an Aladins cave when it comes to choice.
