From the moment I walked in, Samia was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, making the entire experience of choosing a wedding ring both enjoyable and enlightening. This morning I visited the Cabots Circus H Samuel to get my engagement ring cleaned. I was immediately greeted by Ryan, who was smiley and friendly. He informed me Claire would be helping me today. As soon as Claire had finished with her previous customer she came straight over and invited me to take a seat. She was very smiley, friendly and informative on the cleaning products used in store. When she had finished cleaning my ring it looked new again! I was so impressed I purchased a dazzle stick for myself. Thoroughly impressed with the service received today - would highly recommend H Samuel Cabot Circus branch. Thank you team Cabots.

I went to the store at Cabot Circus to find a wedding ring and was served by Emma. She was so friendly, showed a genuine interest in our wedding and most importantly, helped me find the perfect ring. She even cleaned my engagement ring for me so it was sparkling new when we left. Very happy and can't wait to collect my wedding ring! Thank you Emma
