I booked my car for four tyres, had to wait a week. Arrived at booked time, 08.30 no tyres told to come back at 15.00 still no tyres, told to call Monday. Called and was told tyres have arrived, but can't do them untill possibly the following Saturday. I went somewhere else, I don't like being treated so badly

Once again top quality service from the Days Road team at Formula One. Friendly, efficient and clear in their communication. This is why I will only take my car to them. Thank you once again :)

Slot booked for 10am and paid for a week in advance for 4 new tyres (c. £1k). They ask you to turn up 15 mins early. Didn’t start fitting the tyres until 1 hr later and then took an hour and a half to finish. They do have a waiting room but no drinks machine, toilets out of order and TV in the wall not turned on.
