She had great product knowledge and was very friendly. I then went to the longwell green store to place my order. I called a few days before and spoke to Colin who said to ask for him when I came in the following Monday. When I came into the store he had remembered I was coming and had printed out my quote and read through it thoroughly in preparation. I needed to make quite a few changes to the original quoted order and he dealt with it professionally and quickly. He helped me to get the best deal with the money I was able to spend.
