Pilates with Sian at FeelGood Fitness is fab! Classes are always fun and have a really friendly vibe. Sian takes real care to make sure your technique is right and the sessions are challenging, but she also has a real knack of recognising when you're having one of those days when simply moving your body is an achievement! On a practical note, the studio is spotlessly clean with great equipment, booking is straightforward and parking is dead easy.

I love going to classes at Feelgood Fitness. It is an inclusive studio, everyone is welcome whether you are super fit or super not! Classes are relaxed, fun and all the instructors know their stuff.

I have been a member of Feel Good Fitness online membership for over a year. I do her Pilates and Low Impact Hiit classes. I really enjoy Sian's relaxed yet energized teaching style. You can feel her passion for what she does and her expertise is evident in every class. What sets her apart is her ability to tailor each move to the needs of every participant. No matter your fitness level or if you have any pre-existing injuries, you'll receive personalized attention and modifications that make the practice accessible to all. So if you're having doubts that you are not fit enough or strong enough to take part, ignore them! Through Sian?s encouragement you will surprise yourself and find you are stronger than you thought! I always feel better after one of her classes. I can?t wait to visit in person one day and experience more of what the studio offers.

FeelGood fitness is exactly that - I have gone to Sian's sessions over some years and every time we have a laugh and I leave knowing I've done a decent work out! She's great at adapting moves if you've got an injury/ongoing issue which needs to be managed, and she's incredibly knowledgeable. We're all really friendly with each other and it's just lovely. Couldn't recommend FGF enough!

I?ve been attending Pilates classes with Sian for a number of years. She is extremely friendly and supportive, and knowledgeable not just about Pilates but also general health and fitness.Sian and her team are all very welcoming and the classes always have a good atmosphere, with a mix of ages and genders. They are always happy to make accommodations for any injuries or physical limitations and provide advice to support recovery.My strength and flexibility have improved enormously through regular Pilates practice and I?d recommend Feelgood Fitness to anyone who wants to improve their health while having fun and building confidence.

Sian is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming and frequently goes above and beyond to accommodate her clients needs, as do the other instructors. I always feel so much better after Pilates with Lydia and Circuits with June is challenging but a lot of fun. I can?t recommend Feelgood Fitness enough.

I highly recommend pilates and low impact HIIT classes. I didn't feel confident going back to the gym after my pregnancy so I decided to try pilates with FeelGood Fitness instead. Sian was very motivating and her classes really helped me getting stronger and getting a better understanding of how my body works ? June's HIIT classes are fun and you can make them your own, she always offer alternatives depending on your body's capabilities which is great post pregnancy. I am now doing Lydia's pilates classes and they are amazing. She's very gentle but makes you work hard at the same time so you're feeling both relaxed and stronger at the end. Thank you ladies ?

Loved it there!I took classes with Sarah (working out on the mats) and Sian with who I mostly did sessions on the pilates equipment.Both were just amazing! Sarah will introduce you to exercise at a slower pace with deep impact, while Sian challenges you on strength and takes on a holistic approach.I didn?t have any previous experience with pilates, but that wasn?t an issue at all. It?s very friendly atmosphere and a nice, cozy space.

I started never having done pilates before. I was a bit anxious to start with - I?m not flexible, I couldn?t get to grips with trying yoga, and was more used to running and strength/weights exercises prior to pregnancy. However, Sian made me feel welcome into the class. She?s adapted workouts in both Pilates and low impact HIIT to suit my varying stages of pregnancy yet still making me feel very well much included.I leave the classes feeling refreshed, and feel it is helping me minimise the common pregnancy aches and pains so far ?? Sian is fantastic. I have been attending her Pilates and HIIT classes for 5 years now, the only exercise I have ever enjoyed and stuck to! I also recently had my first baby. Sian adapted exercises for me, explained what my body was going through and answered any questions I had - she helped me so much I was able to exercise upto week 38! Keeping active all the way through helped me have a smooth labour, delivery and recovery! I'd recommend her to anyone!

Sian is so knowledgeable and always committed to learning more. She helped me recover after my c-section because she understands that exercise programmes need to be realistic and fit in with your daily life. She offers advice and support above and beyond what you would expect and is the only person who has ever made me stick at exercise!
