“The team at Specsavers Knowle are knowledgeable and friendly. My appointment went smoothly and it was a quick turnaround. There were too many frames to choose from so I took ages to decide.Once selected, the lense options were clearly defined and I opted for antiglare, as I do a lot of computer work, and they help when driving at night too.My glasses arrived less than a week later and one of the team fitted them for me. They also refitted an old pair that had gone a bit wonky which was kind of them.I'm writing this review as you rarely get such smooth customer service these days so bravo Specsavers Knowle and thank you!”

“Very pleasant atmosphere, made to feel welcome as soon as I walked through the door. Excellent service and did not try to sell me something I didn’t need. Jason gave my old glasses a M.O.T and put on new noses grips and sorted out a wonky arm. The only small fault it that the waiting area needs a bit of a make over. Looking a bit tired and worn, other than that it was an excellent experience”
